Beschreibung

The tender for geothermal boreholes covers the installation of the geothermal probe system for Building 07B at St. Gallen Cantonal Hospital. The scope of work includes site establishment, drilling operations, and the supply, installation, and complete backfilling of the geothermal probes in accordance with the tender documents. The scope also includes the horizontal connection pipes and their connection to the geothermal probe manifolds, including all required earthworks. The system must be flushed, tested for tightness and flow rate, and filled in accordance with the design specifications. All completed works and tests must be documented. The interface with the building-side heating system is defined by the handover points specified in the tender documents. All works must be coordinated with the contractors involved and the construction management team.

The sustainability requirements stipulated in the other tender documents remain binding., Development of an effective, project-specific quality management system (PQM), including an analysis of the risks, potential mitigation measures and opportunities (contract analysis). Compliance with the concepts specified by the client and the specialist planners. Complete provision of all information required in the bill of quantities. Particular emphasis will be placed on the key personnel designated for the project (Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager). They must demonstrate at least five years of industry experience.
