Cómo se decide la adjudicación

The price is weighted 30 - 40%. The price will be evaluated based on the prices stated in annex 6 The total price and price terms and Appendix 6 Annex 1 Price Form. The final weighting will be notified prior to submission of the final tender offer., The quality is weighted 60-70%. The quality award criteria is divided into sub-criteria stated in order of priority below: • The tenderer ́s offered system o Evaluated based on the Tenderer ́s response to the tenderer ́s response to Appendix 1 the Customer ́s requirement specification, as well as the demo and the Customer ́s functional review and verification of the offered system for selected processes. • Establishment and training o Evaluated based on the Tenderer ́s response to Appendix 3 Plan for the establishment phase. • Risk o Evaluated based on the Tenderer ́s response to Appendix 2 chapter 2.4 and Appendix 9 Terms and for the Contracting Authority ́s access and use of third party deliveries. • Support and SLA o Evaluated based on the Tenderer ́s response to Appendix 4 Service Level and Appendix 5 Administrative Provisions. The tenderer ́s response to the assessment requirements in Appendix 2 is weighted higher than the responses to the other assessment requirements. Of the assessment requirements in Appendix 2, requirements 21, 34, 38 and 40 are weighted highest. Furthermore, the tenderer ́s response to Appendix 3 and Appendix 2 chapter 2.4 and Appendix 9 are weighted higher than Appendix 5. The quality will be evaluated based on the responses to the stated documentation requirements for each of the requirements. The assessment requirements are weighted differently, depending on whether they are marked Critical, Important or Normal. Critical weighted more than 2 times higher than Important and Important weighted twice higher than Normal. See Appendix 2 Annex 2 for further guidance on requirements and requirement types. When evaluating the tenders, within each assessment requirement a point score will be given from 0-10 and a score will be given that reflects the relevant differences in the tenders. The final weighting will be notified prior to submission of the final tender offer.
