Náklady životního cyklu / Life-cycle costs

Hvordan tildelingen avgjøres

CZ: Pro zadavatele jsou, mimo samotných nákladů na pořízení technologie, podstatné i další náklady související s používáním a údržbou pořízeného zařízení. Proto zadavatel bude hodnotit náklady životního cyklu, které zahrnují i určené náklady na Servis zařízení. Při hodnocení Nákladů životního cyklu budou hodnoceny níže uvedené nabídkové ceny (v Kč bez DPH): A = nabídková cena za realizaci předmětu veřejné zakázky bez Servisu zařízení, tato nabídková cena bude uvedená v čl. IV. odst. 1 návrhu smlouvy, B = nabídková cena za Servis zařízení celkem za 6 let od uvedení technologických celků a zařízení, které jsou součástí této veřejné zakázky, do trvalého provozu, tato nabídková cena bude uvedená v čl. XI. odst. 2. návrhu smlouvy. V rámci tohoto hodnotícího kritéria bude hodnocena částka, která vznikne dle níže uvedeného vzorce: Náklady životního cyklu = A + B Pozn.: Označení A a B ve vzorci označují jednotlivé nabídkové ceny uvedené v tomto bodě výše. Pro úplnost se dodává, že čím jsou náklady životního cyklu nižší, tím lepší. Blíže viz zadávací dokumentace. EN: For the Contracting Authority, in addition to the actual costs of acquiring the technology, other costs associated with the use and maintenance of the purchased equipment are also significant. The Contracting Authority shall therefore evaluate the life-cycle costs, which also include the specified costs for Equipment Servicing. When evaluating the life-cycle costs, the tender prices listed below (in CZK excluding VAT) shall be assessed: A = the tender price for the performance of the subject matter of the public contract, excluding Equipment Servicing; this tender price shall be specified in Article IV, paragraph 1 of the draft contract, B = the tender price for Equipment Servicing in total for 6 years from the date on which the technological units and equipment forming part of this public contract are put into permanent operation; this tender price shall be specified in Article XI(2) of the draft contract. Under this evaluation criterion, the amount calculated according to the formula below shall be assessed: Life-cycle costs = A + B Note: The symbols A and B in the formula refer to the individual tender prices specified in this point above.
