Offered net contract price, including VAT, as stated in the tender summary (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Award Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13), as checked and adjusted by the contracting authority. Price Evaluation The price is evaluated using the following method: the tender with the lowest valid price receives the maximum score of 5 points. Tenders whose prices are 50% or more above the lowest valid price receive 0 points. Scores for tenders falling between these thresholds are calculated on a linear scale, rounded to two decimal places, and multiplied by the weighting factor., AC 2: Company References — Weighting: 25% References for two projects completed by the company within the last five years that are comparable to the planned contract, particularly with regard to the specific requirements of the works. The information must be provided using Form 3 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Award Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13). The following criteria will be evaluated: quality, compliance with requirements, organisation, staff competence, execution involving subcontractors, adherence to deadlines, cost management, recommendation by the reference contact, and overall assessment. Weighting: 25%, AC 3: Project Quality Management — Weighting: 5% A concept for an effective, project-specific quality management system (PQM), tailored to the requirements of the project, including an analysis of the contract, identifying risks, potential mitigation measures, and opportunities. The concept must be submitted as an appendix to Form 5 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Award Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13). Weighting: 5%, AC 4: Sustainability — Weighting: 5% Evidence of sustainability must be submitted as an appendix to Form 6 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Award Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13). Weighting: 5%, AC 5: Technical Report — Weighting: 5% The following documents must be submitted as appendices in accordance with Form 7 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Award Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13). AC 5.1 Contract-specific organisational chart of the contractor, identifying the individuals assigned to fulfil the contract and their respective roles. AC 5.2 Description of the service organisation and service locations. AC 5.3 Assurance of compliance with the schedule for all tendered works. The evaluation will focus on the tenderer's commitment to meeting the specified deadlines. Any reservations or failure to provide the required information will result in a lower score. Weighting: 5%
