Wie der Zuschlag entschieden wird

ZK 1: Price The net contract price offered, including VAT, as stated in the tender summary (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Procurement Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13), as reviewed and adjusted by the client (contracting authority). Price Evaluation The price will be evaluated using the following method: The tender with the lowest valid price will receive the maximum score of 5 points. Tenders with a price that is 50% or more above the lowest price will receive 0 points. Scores for tenders falling between these thresholds will be awarded on a linear basis, rounded to two decimal places, and multiplied by the corresponding weighting factor., ZK 2: Company References References demonstrating the company’s completion of two projects within the last five years that are comparable to the intended scope of work (particularly with regard to …). The information must be provided using Form 3 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Procurement Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13). The following criteria will be assessed: quality, compliance with requirements, organisation, staff competence, execution involving subcontractors, adherence to deadlines, cost management, the referee’s recommendation, and the overall assessment. Weighting: 25%, ZK 3: Project Quality Management Concept for an effective, project-specific quality management system (PQM), including a description of the risks, potential measures and opportunities as part of the contract analysis. The concept must be submitted as an attachment to Form 5 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Procurement Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13)., ZK 4: Sustainability Evidence of sustainability must be submitted as an attachment to Form 6 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Procurement Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13)., ZK 5: Technical Report To be submitted as attachments in accordance with Form 7 (Part B, Tender and Evidence for Procurement Procedures for Construction Works; KBOB Document No. 13). Z5.1 Contract-specific organisational chart of the contractor, identifying the individuals assigned to contract execution and their respective roles.
