Start free and keep the free plan for as long as it is doing the job. The paid plans open up the national portals, which is where most of the work a smaller company can realistically win is published, and add the line explaining every match.

Which plan fits

Free, if you are sizing this up

One company profile matched against every TED notice: all EU countries, above the threshold, which means the larger contracts. Enough to judge the matching on real work before you pay for anything.

Starter, for most companies

Adds the German and Dutch national portals, the written reason on every match, and your disqualifiers applied to each notice before it reaches you. If you bid for work below the EU threshold, which most SMEs do, this is the plan that shows it to you.

Pro, if you bid under several names

Everything in Starter, with up to five company profiles. Built for groups, subsidiaries and anyone running separate trades that each need their own feed.

Before you decide

What exactly do I get for free?

One company profile, matched against every TED notice, with the daily digest. What it does not include is the national portals or the written reason on each match. No card, no trial countdown.

Why do the national portals cost extra?

They are where the winnable work is. TED only carries contracts above the EU threshold, so a lot of what a smaller company can deliver never appears there. Each national portal publishes differently and takes its own work to read, and together they are the reason the paid plans exist.

Is it worth it if I only bid a few times a year?

Occasional bidders are the ones who miss most, because nobody is watching the portals in the months between. One contract you would not otherwise have seen covers a long time on Starter.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, in the app, in one click. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not charged again.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan takes no payment details at all.
