Description

1) Undertake an assessment of the results obtained from applying the EU non-CO₂ MRV framework, and compile a report for the EU co-legislators. 2) Provide analytical support of policy options to further address the non-CO2 effects, including in line with Article 14(5) of the EU ETS Directive (Directive 2003/87/EC, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/958), and further support the Commission, if a new legislative proposal is appropriate. Reasoning: The contract requires scientific expertise on a specific topic (non-CO2 from aviation).
