How the award is decided

Методиката за оценка на офертите по обществената поръчка се съдържа в Приложение № 2, съставляващо неделима част от настоящата документация. При допуснати една или две оферти, относно показателя за оценка като подходяща и обективна база за сравнение се взема предвид следната цена за отпечатване на една кола – 16 (шестнадесет) страници А4 от вестника в размер на 0,20 евро без ДДС.
