Обществената поръчка се възлага въз основа на икономически най-изгодната оферта, определена въз основа на следния критерий за възлагане: „най-ниска цена“ в съответствие с чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП.

Оценката и класирането на офертите се извършва за всяка обособена позиция поотделно. Показателят за оценка е общата цена (обща сума) за изпълнение на поръчката, в евро без ДДС, формирана на база предложените от участниците цени (без ДДС) за изпълнение на отделните дейности и доставки включени в предмета на съответната обособена позиция. Участникът, предложил най-ниска обща цена за изпълнение на съответната обособена позиция, се класира на първо място. Останалите участници, се класират във възходящ ред съобразно предложените общи цени.
