Description

Обект на обществената поръчка е "доставка" по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП, като избраният изпълнител следва да осигури доставка, инсталация/монтаж, въвеждане в експлоатация и гаранционна поддръжка на лабораторно оборудване, разделена на 6 обособени позиции: обособена позиция 1: Апарат за степен на разтваряне на твърди лекарствени форми за нуждите на проект КП-06-Н99/7 от 08.12.2025г, НИС №4001 - 1 бр. обособена позиция 2: Ротационен вакуум изпарител в комплект с мембранна помпа с вакуум контролер и чилър за нуждите на проект КП-06-Н99/7 от 08.12.2025г, НИС №4001 - 1бр. обособена позиция 3: Лазарен анализатор на размер на частиците за нуждите на проект КП-06-Н94/5 от 10.12.2025г. - 1 бр. Обособени позиции № 4, 5 и 6 ще се възлагат на основание чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП, във връзка с чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП и участниците не следва да подават оферти за тях.
