Оценяването и класирането на офертите на участниците се извършва въз основа на икономически най-изгодна оферта, определена по критерия за възлагане „най-ниска цена“ по чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП.

Оценяването и класирането на офертите на участниците се извършва въз основа на икономически най-изгодна оферта, определена въз основа на критерия „най-ниска цена“ по чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП. Класирането на участниците се извършва в низходящ ред, като на първо място се класира офертата на участник, предложил най- ниска обща цена за изпълнение на поръчката в евро без включен ДДС. Забележка: Стойността на предлаганата „обща цена за изпълнение на поръчката в евро без ДДС.“ се формира от сбора на стойностите, оферирани от участника в колона IV „общо цена за доставка в евро без ДДС“ от образеца на ценовото предложение . Стойността, оферирана в колона IV от образеца на ценовото предложение, се получава от умножението на единичната цена (оферирана за съответния продукт) по количеството (предварително определено за съответния продукт). Участникът, класиран от комисията на първо място, се определя за изпълнител на обществената поръчка.
