В общата цена, участникът трябва да включи необходими разходи за качественото изпълнение на поръчката. Най-доброто предложение, което предлага най-малък бюджетен разход (най–ниска цена), получава 100 т., а всяко следващо се оценява след прилагане на следната формула: Ц = Цmin х 100, където: Цn Цmin е най-ниската предложена обща цена за изпълнение на услугата, а Цn е предложената обща цена от n-тия участник за изпълнение на услугата.
