Description

Предметът на обществената поръчка е "Доставка на лекарства за нуждите на "МБАЛ-Исперих" ЕООД", разделени в 2 /две/ обособени позиции. Всяка обособена позиция съдържа различен брой номенклатурни единици, както следва: Обособена позиция 1 – "Лекарствени продукти, включени в Приложение № 2 на Позитивния лекарствен списък". Обособената позиция включва самостоятелни номенклатури на лекарствени продукти подробно описани в Техническата спецификация; Обособена позиция 2 – "Лекарствени продукти, които са извън тези по Приложение № 2 на Позитивния лекарствен списък " Обособената позиция включва самостоятелни номенклатури на лекарствени продукти подробно описани в Техническата спецификация.Техническите и функционални изисквания на Възложителя за лекарствените продукти са подробно описани в Техническа спецификация - Приложение № 1.Получете оферти се отварят на публично място от назначената от Възложителя комисия при избора на чл. 103 и чл. 104 от ЗОП в ЦАИС ЕОП чрез публична връзка на обществената поръчка. Участници, които не са декриптирали документите си в указанията срок се отстраняват от участието на основание чл. 107, т. 5 от ЗОП.
