Предвиждат се следните ремонтни работи: - къртене на плочки пред входа на КАС; - полагане на нови плочки по под; - разваляне на фаянсови и керамични плочки; - подмяна на интериорни врати; - премахване на стенна обшивка; - къртене на плочки по стени и подове; - подмяна на мивки, тоалетни; - подмяна осветителни тела; - подмяна на част от тръбите за чиста и мръсна вода; - възстановяване на мазилка и направа на хидроизолация в мокрите помещения; - полагане на плочки по стени и подове; - демонтаж и изграждане на нов окачен таван; - изграждане на нова стенна обшивка; - фина шпакловка; - грундиране и боядисване с латекс и други.
