Description

Избраният изпълнител следва да извърши доставка на нова коледна украса, включително подробни указания за извършването на монтаж. Специфични изисквания към потенциалния изпълнител и изпълнението на обществената поръчка: 1. Изисквания към материалите – описани в Техническите спецификации. 1.1. Всички компоненти на украсата следва да бъдат подходящо обезопасени. 1.2. Изпълнителят следва да отстранява всички повреди от времето на монтажа до времето на демонтажа на украсата. Срок за изпълнение на поръчката: до 06.12.2026 г.

Обществената поръчка се възлагат въз основа на икономически най-изгодна оферта с критерий за възлагане „най-ниска цена“ - чл. 70, ал. 2, т. 1 от ЗОП. Критерият „най-ниска цена“ се прилага за оценка на офертите, които съответстват на предварително обявените от възложителя условия. На първо място се класира участникът предложил най-ниска обща цена, за обществената поръчка. Предложената обща цена се закръгля до втория знак след десетичната запетая. За целите на прилагане на чл. 72, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП при допуснати за оценяване една или две оферти базата за сравнение ще бъде прогнозната стойност на поръчката без ДДС определена от Възложителя.
