How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Duljina ponuđenog jamstvenog održavanja (kriterij kvalitete) – maksimalni broj bodova 12 Ponuditelj je u obvezi ponuditi minimalni jamstveni rok od 3 godine odnosno 36 mjeseci od dana uspješno obavljene primopredaje sa stavljanjem u funkciju uređaja. Svaki dodatni mjesec jamstva iznad 36 mjeseci nosi 0,5 bodova. Primjer: ponuditelj xy nudi 48 mjeseci jamstvenog roka. Izračun se radi na sljedeći način: ponuđenih 48 mjeseci - 36 obveznih mjeseci = 12 dodanih mjeseci x 0,5 bodova = 6 bodova Duljinu ponuđenog jamstvenog održavanja ponuditelj obvezno iskazuje u Tablici/bodovanju kriterija kvalitete kao sastavnom dijelu Dokumentacije. Ako ponuditelj u svojoj ponudi ne ponudi jamstveni rok u skladu sa zahtjevima iz ove Dokumentacije i/ili ne navede isti u Tablici/bodovanju kriterija kvalitete, njegova ponuda biti će odbijena kao nepravilna ponuda u smislu članka 3. točka 12. Zakona.
