Description

Sukladno preporukama Ureda za udruge Vlade RH, a sukladno članku 3. Uredbe o izmjenama i dopunama uredbe o kriterijima, mjerilima i postupcima financiranja i ugovaranja programa i projekata od interesa za opće dobro koje provode udruge (NN 37/2021) potrebno je digitalizirati proces podnošenja prijavne dokumentacije, kao i omogućiti pregled i obradu svih izvještaja (programskih i financijskih) za svaki potpisani ugovor. CIV mora omogućiti komunikaciju s krajnjim korisnicima, evaluaciju prijava i elektroničko podnošenje sve propisane popratne dokazne dokumentacije i priloga.

Cijena ponude, Za bolju edukaciju djelatnika i krajnjih korisnika potrebno je izraditi video materijal edukacije po modulima. Materijali moraju biti smješteni i lako dostupni djelatnicima i krajnjim korisnicima na sučelju aplikacije uz uključeno ažuriranje materijala za vrijeme trajanja ugovora o održavanju. Maksimalna količina edukacije su 2 tipa video edukacijskih materijala – za djelatnike i krajnje korisnike, a minimalno dopušteno je 0 video materijala za edukaciju odnosno ponuditelj nije obvezan ponuditi video materijale. Ukoliko ponuditelj ne iskaže broj tipova materijala smatrat će se da nije ponudio video upute.
