Cijena ponude, Najveći broj bodova koji pojedinom ponuditelju može biti dodijeljen prema ovom kriteriju iznosi 10. Za necjenovni kriterij, naručitelj je odredio maksimalni broj bodova koji će dodijeliti kriteriju vrijeme dostave robe u slučaju žurnosti, koji se izražava u satima te će za njega određivati bodove ovisno o postavljenim zahtjevima iz skale bodova koje je odredio za njihovo ispunjavanje. Vrijeme dostave robe u slučaju žurnosti računa se od vremena zaprimanja narudžbe do vremena isporuke robe u objekt Naručitelja.
