Cijena ponude, Boduje se ponuđeno trajanje jamstvenog roka za otklanjanje nedostataka iznad minimalno propisanih 24 mjeseca, do najviše 60 mjeseci. Ponuđeni jamstveni rok izražava se u punim mjesecima i predstavlja ugovornu obvezu odabranog ponuditelja., Vrijeme odaziva servisa na prijavu kritičnog kvara: najviše 10 bodova. Projektnim zadatkom i ugovorom propisan je obvezni najveći rok odziva na kritični kvar od 4 sata, koji je uvjet prihvatljivosti ponude i sam po sebi se ne boduje. Boduje se isključivo ponuđeni kraći rok odziva:. Vrijeme odaziva ima značenje određeno točkom 8. Projektnog zadatka i znači vrijeme od uredne prijave kvara do uspostave izravnog kontakta sa stručnom servisnom osobom i početka dijagnostike. Ponuđeni rok dokazuje se izjavom ponuditelja.
