How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Naručitelj kao jedan od kriterija određuje specifično iskustvo stručnjaka kojeg je ponuditelj nominirao za glavnog projektanta. Vrednuju se reference nominiranog stručnjaka, koji je u svojstvu glavnog projektanta sudjelovao u izradi idejnog rješenja/projekta ili glavnog/izvedbenog projekta za građenje ili obnovu nogometnog stadiona s kapacitetom od najmanje 1.000 gledatelja. Pojam zgrade javne namjene je definiran člankom 3. st. 19 a točkom 2. Zakona o gradnji (NN 153/13, NN 20/17, NN 39/19, NN 125/19 i NN 145/24) ), a odnosi se na zgradu ili dio zgrade koju koristi tijelo javne vlasti za obavljanje svojih poslova, zgradu ili dio zgrade za stanovanje zajednice te zgradu ili dio zgrade koja nije stambena, a u kojoj boravi više ljudi ili u kojoj se pruža usluga većem broju ljudi. Izrada glavnog projekta (izmjene/dopune) u svrhu ishođenja izmjene i dopune akta za građenje, prije ili tijekom gradnje, nije prihvatljiva. Ponuda po ovom kriteriju može ostvariti maksimalno 10 bodova.
