Predmet nabave je nabava laboratorijske opreme, odnosno, mikrovolumenskog UV-Vis spektrofotometra za određivanje koncentracije i čistoće DNA, RNA i proteina, prvenstveno za pripremu uzoraka za PCR i qPCR analize za potrebe Centra za sjemenarstvo i rasadničarstvo ustrojstvene jedinice HRVATSKE AGENCIJE ZA POLJOPRIVREDU I HRANU u skladu s Troškovnikom, tehničkim specifikacijama i cjelokupnom DoN, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina, te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude. Ukupna procijenjena vrijednost nabave je 1.045.100,00 EUR bez PDV-a. U ovome postupku procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi: 15.000,00 EUR bez PDV-a.

Cijena ponude, Jamstveni rok

How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Maksimalan broj bodova 10 za kriterij jamstveni rok dodijelit će se ponudi u kojoj je iskazan najduži jamstveni rok. Jamstveni rok izražava se u mjesecima, te ga je ponuditelj obvezan ponuditi u Izjavi o jamstvenom roku Prilog IV. Do 12 mj 0 bodova 13-24 mj 5 bodova 25-36 mj 10 bodova Jamstveni rok se računa od dana sklapanja ugovora. Izračun Bodovi ostvareni prema načinu bodovanja navedenom u DoN zbrojit će se za svaku ponudu zasebno te je ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda, ona ponuda s najvećim zbrojem bodova. U slučaju da su dvije ili više valjanih ponuda jednako rangirane prema kriteriju odabira, Naručitelj će, sukladno članku 302. stavku 3. ZJN 2016, odabrati ponudu koja je zaprimljena ranije.
