How the award is decided
Cijena ponude, - Vrijeme odaziva od poziva naručitelja (VO), pri čemu se najpovoljnija ponuda ocjenjuje s maksimalno 10 bodova (10%): Osoba naručitelja zadužena za poslove praćenja izvršenja ugovora pozvati će izvršitelja putem elektroničke pošte te vrijeme odaziva počinje teći od trenutka slanja elektroničke pošte. Maksimalan broj bodova koji ponuditelj može dobiti prema ovom kriteriju je 10 bodova. Bodovi će se dodjeljivat u skladu sa sljedećom skalom bodova: a) vrijeme odaziva u roku do 5 dana 10 bodova b) vrijeme odaziva u roku od 6-9 dana 5 bodova c) vrijeme odaziva u roku od 10 i više dana 0 boda
