Cijena ponude, Detaljni opis:maksimalni rok koji se uzima u obzir je 72 sati, a minimalni rok 24 sata. Ukoliko ponuditelj kao sastavni dio elektroničke ponude do isteka roka za dostavu ponuda, ne dostavi dokaz u svrhu evaluacije ne cjenovnog kriterija za odabir ponude (izjavu o duljini trajanja roka isporuke) ili ponudi rok isporuke veći od maksimalno dozvoljenog, naručitelj će takvoj ponudi dodijeliti 0 (nula) bodova. U rok isporuke ne računaju se sati vikenda i neradnih dana, tijekom kojih je nemoguće vršiti i zaprimati isporuku. Rok isporuke moguće je iskazati isključivo cijelim brojem (ne decimalnim) u satima, a dostavlja se u obliku izjave ponuditelja u slobodnoj formi, te se upload-a prilikom predaje ponude. Ponuđeni rok isporuke mora se iskazati kao jedinstveni rok isporuke zasebno za svaku grupu predmeta nabave.
