Description

Predmet nabave je nabava i isporuka jednog rabljenog komunalnog vozila za sakupljanje, sabijanje i prijevoz komunalnog otpada, sa spremnikom zapremine najmanje 10 m³, putem financijskog leasinga za potrebe naručitelja INFRA-GRAD d.o.o., Obrovac. Podvozje i nadogradnja vozila moraju biti proizvedeni 2025. godine ili kasnije. Vozilo mora biti opremljeno sustavom sabijanja otpada, uređajem za podizanje i pražnjenje spremnika zapremine od 80 do 1.100 litara te omogućavati pražnjenje nadogradnje kipanjem i pretovar otpada u veća vozila, sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama koje čine sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi. Nabava se financira putem financijskog leasinga na razdoblje od 84 mjeseca, bez učešća, uz fiksnu kamatnu stopu tijekom cijelog razdoblja otplate i otkup vozila po isteku ugovora, prema uvjetima utvrđenima dokumentacijom o nabavi.

Cijena ponude, Boduje se ponuđeni rok isporuke kompletnog vozila koje udovoljava svim zahtjevima tehničkih specifikacija i dokumentacije o nabavi. Rok isporuke iskazuje se cijelim pozitivnim brojem kalendarskih dana i računa se od dana sklapanja ugovora. Najdulji dopušteni rok isporuke iznosi 30 kalendarskih dana. Kraći ponuđeni rok isporuke donosi veći broj bodova, prema utvrđenoj formuli za bodovanje. Najveći broj bodova po ovom kriteriju iznosi 10. Ponuđeni rok isporuke odabranog ponuditelja postaje ugovorna obveza. Isporuka se smatra uredno izvršenom nakon isporuke vozila sukladnog ugovorenim zahtjevima i potpisivanja primopredajnog zapisnika.
