How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Rok isporuke izražava se u satima. Maksimalni broj bodova za ovaj kriterij je 10 bodova. Ponuditelj u ponudi dostavlja Izjavu o roku isporuke, tom Izjavom se obvezuje da će u slučaju da njegova ponuda bude odabrana kao ekonomski najpovoljnija, naručitelju isporučiti naručenu robu u navedenom roku tijekom cijelog trajanja Okvirnog sporazuma. Izjava mora biti potpisana i ovjerena od strane ponuditelja. Ukoliko Izjava o roku isporuke nije dostavljena u roku za dostavu ponuda ili ne sadrži navod o roku isporuke Naručitelj će ponudu bodovati sa 0 (nula) bodova. Maksimalni broj bodova dodijelit će se ponudi u kojoj je iskazan najkraći rok isporuke. Rok isporuke ne može biti duži od 96 sati od zaprimanja narudžbe. Za navedeni kriterij ponude će se bodovati sukladno sljedećoj tablici: Rok isporuke robe: Broj bodova: Od 1-24 sata 10 Od 25-48 sata 5 Od 49-72 sata 2 Od 73-96 sata 0 Gospodarski subjekt će vrijednost kriterija izraziti numerički Jedinica mjere: sati Ponuđena vrijednost se mora izraziti kao: Cijeli broj Naručitelj je ograničio najviši dozvoljeni iznos za kriterij 96,00 Naručitelj je ograničio najniži dozvoljeni iznos za kriterij 1,00
