Cijena ponude, Minimalno trajanje jamstvenog roka za svaku pojedinačnu opremu iz troškovnika je 24 mjeseca od potpisa primopredajnog zapisnika. Primopredajni zapisnik će se potpisivati po svakoj isporuci opreme. Ponuditelj u ponudi navodi jamstveni rok u mjesecima. Ponude kojima se nudi kraće jamstvo od minimalnog neće se uzimati u obzir. Ponuditelj koji ponudi jamstveni rok 24 mjeseca dobit će 0 bodova. Ukoliko Ponuditelj u ponudi ne navede jamstveni rok, smatrat će se da je ponudio najkraći prihvatljivi rok od24mjeseca te će ponuda dobiti 0 bodova. Najviši ponuđeni jamstveni rok je 60 mjeseci. Ukoliko ponuditelj ponudi više od 60 mjeseci jamstva, bodovat će se jamstvo od 60 mjeseci, ali će biti obvezan ukupnim ponuđenim jamstvenim rokom kojeg je ponudio nakon isporuke.
