Cijena ponude, Online Cyber edukacija Pristup edukaciji manje od šest (6) mjeseci = 0 bodova Pristup edukaciji od šest (6) mjeseci do dvanaest (12) mjeseci = 10 bodova Pristup edukaciji više od dvanaest (12) mjeseci = 20 bodova Pod „Online Cyber edukacija“ podrazumijeva se pristup LMS sadržaju u ponuđenom razdoblju za do 5 korisnika. Edukacija je usmjerena na sigurnu i učinkovitu upotrebu Microsoft servisa i dobre prakse vezane uz kibernetičku sigurnost. Minimalne teme modula dostupne kroz edukaciju su: zaštita korisničkog računa, sigurno rukovanje dokumentima, redovito ažuriranje sustava, uklanjanje ranjivosti, zaštita uređaja, siguran rad na daljinu i kompromitacija poslovne e-pošte. Svi sadržaji moraju biti na hrvatskom jeziku, interaktivni, uz završnu provjeru znanja i potvrdu o završenosti., Radionice za korisnike uživo Bez radionica uživo = 0 bodova Od jedne (1) do dvije (2) radionice uživo = 10 bodova Od tri (3) radionice uživo i više = 20 bodova Pod ”Radionice za korisnike uživo” podrazumijevaju se radionice vezane uz funkcionalne i sigurnosne mogućnosti i pogodnosti proizvoda za koje se nabavljaju licence, a sadržaj i temu svake pojedine radionice odobrit će Naručitelj s obzirom na interes i potrebe korisnika. Lokacija održavanja radionice je sjedište Naručitelja ili druga prikladna lokacija odobrena od Naručitelja. Ugovaratelj ih je dužan organizirati u terminu koji odredi Naručitelj uz prethodnu najavu minimalno 15 dana prije planiranog održavanja radionice. Trajanje svake pojedine radionice je minimalno 3 sata. Radionice i svi materijali za radionice moraju biti na hrvatskom jeziku.
