Ukoliko ponuditelj ponudi rok plaćanja 60 dana od dana primitka valjanog elektroničkog računa (eRačun) sukladno Zakonu o elektroničkom izdavanju računa u javnoj nabavi (NN 94/18), dobiva 10 bodova (R=10).
