How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Maksimalan broj bodova koji ponuditelj može ostvariti po kriteriju roka odaziva iznosi 30 bodova. Rokom odaziva smatra se vrijeme proteklo od trenutka zaprimanja dojave ovlaštene osobe Naručitelja o potrebi za interventnim održavanjem do dolaska interventne ekipe Izvršitelja na mjesto kvara i početka postupanja radi otklanjanja kvara. Ponuđeni rok odaziva iskazuje se u satima. Ponuđeni rok odaziva ne smije biti duži od 24 sata. Bodovanje će se provesti prema sljedećoj formuli: R = Rmin / Rp × 30 pri čemu je: R – broj bodova koji je ponuda dobila za kriterij roka odaziva, Rmin – najkraći ponuđeni rok odaziva, Rp – ponuđeni rok odaziva promatrane ponude, 30 – maksimalan broj bodova koji se može ostvariti po kriteriju roka odaziva. Ponuda s najkraćim ponuđenim rokom odaziva ostvaruje maksimalnih 30 bodova, dok ostale ponude ostvaruju broj bodova razmjeran ponuđenom roku odaziva.
