Veći broj bodova dodjeljuje se ponuditelju koji jamči kraće vrijeme dolaska na lokaciju od trenutka poziva naručitelja., Vrijeme odaziva na izvršenje usluga malčanja po pozivu Naručitelja, Ovaj kriterij odnosi se na brzinu reakcije izvođača u situacijama zimskih uvjeta na cestama ( snijeg poledica i sl. ). Veći broj bodova dodjeljuje se ponuditelju koji jamči kraće vrijeme dolaska na lokaciju od trenutka poziva naručitelja ili nastupa zimskih vremenskih uvjeta.
