Vrednovanje kriterija količina (udio) energije iz obnovljivih izvora provodi se po slijedećoj formuli: O = (OIo - 50) / (OI max - 50) x 10 gdje je: O - kriterij količina (udio) energije iz obnovljivih izvora, OIo - količina (udio) energije iz obnovljivih izvora ponude koja se ocjenjuje, OI max - najveća količina (udio) energije iz obnovljivih izvora, 50 - minimalna količina (udio) energije iz obnovljivih izvora, 10 - najviši ostvarivi iznos kriterija količina (udio) energije iz obnovljivih izvora. Gospodarski subjekt će vrijednost kriterija izraziti numerički Jedinica mjere: 50-100 % Ponuđena vrijednost se mora izraziti kao: Cijeli broj
