Description
Predmet ove nabave je opskrba električnom energijom, a sve sukladno Tehničkim specifikacijama (Prilog 1), Troškovniku (Prilog 2) i ostalim traženim uvjetima iz Dokumentacije o nabavi. Naručitelj provodi ovaj postupak zelene javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne električne energije koju će isporučiti ugovaratelj mora biti proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije (tzv."zelena energija").

Cijena ponude, Električna energija iz obnovljivih izvora
How the award is decided
Cijena ponude, Kao kriterij primjenjuje se visina ponuđenog udjela obnovljivih izvora u postocima (%). Naručitelj provodi ovaj postupak zelene javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne električne energije koju će isporučiti ponuditelj mora biti proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije (tzv."zelena energija"). Ponuditelj u svojoj ponudi nudi numeričku vrijednost za udio električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije. Ponuditelj koji u svojoj ponudi ne ponudi numeričku vrijednost smatrat će se da je za udio električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije ponudio minimalni udio određen ovom dokumentacijom o nabavi. Ponuda, koja u usporedbi s ostalim ponudama nudi najveći udio električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije dobiva najviše bodova. Naručitelj će ponude bodovati do 20 bodova, i to tako da će ponuda s ponuđenim najvećim udjelom električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije dobiti najveći broj bodova, a svaka sljedeća u odnosu na prethodnu razmjerno manji broj bodova.
