Cijena ponude, Kao kriterij primjenjuje se pristup podacima o potrošnji plina/stanju brojila i/ili o računu putem internetske stranice ponuditelja ili putem mobilne aplikacije ponuditelja. Naručitelj će ponudama ponuditelja, koji putem svojih internetskih stranica ili putem mobilne aplikacije ponuditelja, omogućuju praćenja potrošnje plina/stanje brojila i/ili račune kupca dodijeliti 10 (deset) bodova. Ukoliko ponuditelj ne popuni ili ne dostavi Izjavu o pristupu podacima o potrošnji plina/stanju brojila i/ili o računu putem internetske stranice ponuditelja ili putem mobilne aplikacije ponuditelja (koja sadrži navod o nekoj od ponuđenih mogućnosti), smatrati će se da nije ponuđen pristup podacima, a Naručitelj će ponudu po ovom kriteriju ocijeniti s 0 (nula) bodova.
