How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Naručitelj dodjeljuje bodove prema ponuđenom roku plaćanja računa za isporučeni prirodni plin. Rok plaćanja iskazuje se cijelim brojem kalendarskih dana od dana zaprimanja e-računa, u rasponu od 30 do 60 dana. Bodovanje se provodi prema definiranoj skali. Ako ponuditelj ne navede rok plaćanja, smatra se da nudi rok od 30 dana te ostvaruje 0 bodova po ovom kriteriju. Ponuda neće biti odbijena samo zbog izostanka toga podatka. Ponuđeni rok plaćanja odabranog ponuditelja postaje ugovorna obveza i primjenjuje se tijekom cijelog razdoblja izvršenja ugovora.
