Cijena ponude, Jamstveni rok za ispravnost ugrađene opreme, Vrijeme odaziva na servisnu intervenciju
How the award is decided
Cijena ponude, Ponuditelj može dobiti prema ovom kriteriju je 5 bodova. Jamstveni rok (jamstvo za ispravnost ugrađene opreme) počinje od zapisnički obostrano ovjerene primopredaje, a traje do isteka broja godina ponuđenog jamstvenog roka. Minimalni jamstveni rok za ispravnost ugrađene opreme je 24 mjeseca. Bodovi za ponuđeno duži jamstveni rok dodjeljivat će se u skladu sa skalom bodova kako je navedeno u nastavku., Naručitelj kao kriterij određuje vrijeme odaziva na servisnu intervenciju. Maksimalan broj bodova je 5. U slučaju kvara na ugrađenoj opremi, nužno je potrebno da ovlašteni serviseri u najkraćem mogućem roku pristupe otklanjanju kvara. Zbog navedenog, maksimalno dopušteno vrijeme odaziva na servisnu intervenciju što podrazumijeva pristupanje otklanjanju kvara je 24 sata od prijave kvara Korisnika radnim i neradnim danom, nedjeljom i praznikom. Ponuda sa rokom odaziva koji je veći od maksimalnog dopuštenog roka odaziva nije sukladna dokumentaciji o nabavi te će se ocijeniti nepravilnom.
