How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Unutar ovog kriterija, Rok plaćanja vrednuje se s maksimalno 10 bodova. Minimalno prihvatljivi rok plaćanja je 7 dana od dana primitka ispravnog e-računa. Ponuda s rokom plaćanja kraćim od 7 dana smatrat će se nepravilnom i bit će odbijena. Maksimalno vrednovani rok plaćanja je 30 dana od dana primitka ispravnog e-računa. Ponuditelj može ponuditi i rok plaćanja duži od 30 dana, smatrat će se da je ponuđen maksimalni rok koji se uzima u obzir (30 dana). Ukoliko ponuditelj u svojoj ponudi ne dostavi traženu informaciju o roku plaćanja, ponuda se neće odbiti, već će se prilikom pregleda i ocjene ponude uzeti da nudi minimalno prihvatljivi rok plaćanja tj. 7 dana.
