Cijena ponude, Dužim jamstvenim rokom Naručitelju se osigurava duže trajanje jamstvenih prava. Minimalni jamstveni rok na isporučenu robu je 12 mjeseci, a počinje teći od dana isporuke odnosno od dana otklanjanja nedostataka, a traje do isteka broja mjeseci ponuđenog jamstvenog roka. Maksimalni broj bodova koji ponuditelj može dobiti prema ovom kriteriju je 10 bodova. Bodovi za ponuđeno duži jamstveni rok dodjeljivat će se u skladu sa formulom.
