Description
Predmet nabave obuhvaća osiguravanje prava korištenja programskih komponenti sustava JKC i usluge pristupa vanjskoj LLM platformi u trajanju od 12 mjeseci, kao i obnovu licenci, pretplata, proizvođačkog jamstva i podrške za Cisco komunikacijsku platformu s pripadajućim komponentama, sukladno zahtjevima iz Tehničke specifikacije. Izvršitelj je obvezan tijekom ugovorenog razdoblja osigurati dostupnost ugovorenih programskih komponenti i vanjske LLM platforme, valjanost licenci i pretplata te proizvođačko jamstvo i podršku za Cisco komunikacijsku platformu s pripadajućim komponentama, u opsegu, trajanju i pod uvjetima utvrđenima Tehničkom specifikacijom i ugovorom.

How the award is decided
Cijena ponude, Maksimalan broj bodova koji može biti ostvaren prema ovom kriteriju je 20 bodova. Kao dokaz iskustva stručnjaka, ponuditelj u ponudi dostavlja presliku važećeg certifikata, koji mora biti preveden na hrvatski jezik. Prijevod ne mora biti od strane ovlaštenog sudskog tumača. Certifikat mora biti važeći u trenutku otvaranja ponuda. Ukoliko gospodarski subjekt u ponudi za ovaj nefinancijski kriterij odabira ne dostavi dokaz (certifikat) biti će bodovan 0 (nulom) za taj kriterij.
