How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Garantni rok za kvalitetu izvedenih radova i upotrijebljenih materijala bit će naveden u ugovoru. Minimalno trajanje Garantnog roka za kvalitetu izvedenih radova i upotrijebljenih materijala je 24 mjeseca. Ponuditelj može ponuditi i dulje trajanje Garantnog roka za kvalitetu izvedenih radova i upotrijebljenih materijala i to: 36 mjeseci, 48 mjeseci ili 60 mjeseci., Ukoliko je Stručnjak 1 predložen za glavnog inženjera gradilišta u svojstvu odgovorne osobe - glavni inženjer gradilišta ili inženjera gradilišta, vodio radove na izgradnji ili rekonstrukciji ili sanaciji autoceste ili brze ceste ili državne ceste, dužine minimalno 10,0 kilometara na minimalno 1 (jednom) ugovoru, ponuda će dobiti dodatne bodove, u protivnom će ponuda dobiti - 0 bodova. Boduje se broj ugovora na kojima je Stručnjak 1, u svojstvu glavnog inženjera gradilišta ili inženjera gradilišta, vodio radove na izgradnji ili rekonstrukciji ili sanaciji autoceste ili brze ceste ili državne ceste, dužine minimalno 10,0 kilometara. Napomena: Iskustvo predloženog Stručnjaka 1 dokazano u tehničkoj i stručnoj sposobnost iz točke 5.4.2. Tehnički stručnjaci ili tijela - izvođenje radova, Kriteriji kvalitativnog odabira gospodarskog subjekta, sukladno članku 268. ZJN 2016., ne ocjenjuju se u okviru ovog kriterija za odabir ponude
