Cijena ponude, Trajanje jamstvenog roka za izvedene radove

How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Naručitelj kao drugi kriterij određuje trajanje jamstvenog roka za izvedene radove. Maksimalan broj bodova koji ponuditelj može ostvariti u okviru ovog kriterija je 10 bodova. Minimalno trajanje jamstvenog roka za izvedene radove je 2 godine. Maksimalno trajanje jamstvenog roka za izvedene radove je 10 godina. Ukoliko ponuditelj ponudi dulji rok od 10 godina, smatrat će se (i bodovati) kao da je ponudio 10 godina. Ukoliko ponuditelj ponudi kraći rok od 2 godina, smatrat će se da je ponudio minimalni jamstveni rok. Ponuditelj koji ponudi najduži jamstveni rok u postupku javne nabave ostvarit će maksimalan broj bodova. Bodovna vrijednosti ponuda drugih ponuditelja će se određivati korištenjem sljedeće formule: Jr = Jro/Jrn x 10 Jr = broj bodova koji je dodijeljen ponuditelju za jamstveni rok Jro = jamstveni rok ponuđen u ponudi koja se ocjenjuje Jrn = najduži ponuđeni jamstveni rok u postupku javne nabave 10 = maksimalni broj bodova Ponuditelj je dužan prilikom dostave ponude popuniti Podatke o numeričkim vrijednostima kriterija za odabir najpovoljnije ponude, te pod Kriterij Kvalitete - Trajanje jamstvenog roka za izvedene radove upisati ponuđenu vrijednost u broju godina. Trajanje jamstvenog roka moguće je iskazati isključivo cijelim brojem godina (npr. 6, 7, 8 i sl.)
