Description
Rekonstrukcija i nadogradnja zgrade Sveučilišnog centra – Kampus Molat, na k.č.zgr. 131/2, k.o. Molat, otok Molat. Predmet obuhvaća cjelovitu izvedbu radova na postojećoj građevini sveučilišne namjene, i to kroz: • građevinske radove rekonstrukcije i dogradnje objekta; • građevinsko-zanatske radove; • instalaterske radove; i • radove opremanja građevine. Radovi će se izvoditi u skladu s građevinskom dozvolom, glavnim i izvedbenim projektima, tehničkim specifikacijama, troškovnikom i ostalom dokumentacijom koja čini sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi.

Cijena ponude, Kriterij kvalitete izvedenih radova - dodatno trajanje Jamstva za otklanjanje nedostataka u jamstvenom roku (G)
How the award is decided
Cijena ponude, Maksimalan broj bodova koji ponuditelj može ostvariti u okviru ovog kriterija je 10 bodova. Minimalni zakonski jamstveni rok je 2 (dvije) godine. Ukoliko ponuditelj ponudi rok kraći od zakonskog roka sukladno članku 631. i 632., a u vezi s člankom 604. do 611. Zakona o obveznim odnosima, ponuda će biti ocjenjena nepravilnom i odbijena sukladno članku 295. stavak 1. ZJN 2016. Ponuditelj može ponuditi dulje razdoblje od zakonom propisanog (od 3 godine tj. tri, četiri i pet godina). Ponuđena vrijednost mora se iskazati kao cijeli broj u godinama. Svi jamstveni rokovi počinju teći od primopredaje Građevine, odnosno od datuma od kojeg se Građevina može početi redovno koristiti u skladu s namjenom.
