Cijena ponude, Rok isporuke predmeta nabave označava vremensko razdoblje u kojem se ponuditelj obvezuje isporučiti predmet nabave. U svrhu isporuke sadnice stabala, a u cilju izbjegavanja stvaranja suvišnih zaliha robe koje utječu na financijsku neučinkovitost te kvalitetu sadnice s obzirom na njenu prirodu, Naručitelj u ovoj Dokumentaciji određuje Rok isporuke robe kao necjenovni kriterij za određivanje ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude. Naručitelj ima potrebu za sukcesivnom isporukom predmeta nabave tijekom ugovorenog razdoblja. Minimalni rok isporuke je 1 (jedan) radni dan, a maksimalni rok isporuke je 5 (pet) radnih dana od dana zaprimanja pisane narudžbenice za količine definirane predmetnom narudžbenicom. Ponuda u kojoj je iskazan najkraći rok isporuke dobiva maksimalni broj bodova. Ako ponuditelj u svojoj ponudi ne dostavi Prilog I - Izjavu o roku isporuke, smatra se da je ponudio maksimalan rok isporuke od 5 radnih dana.
