How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Maksimalni broj bodova za kriterij VRIJEME ODAZIVA NA INTERVENCIJU iznosi najviše 10 bodova. Minimalni definirani rok dolaska na intervenciju iznosi 4 (četiri) sata do maksimalno 12 (dvanaest) sati dolaska na intervenciju, na bilo koji brod flote Jadrolinije. Ukoliko Ponuditelj propusti navesti rok dolaska ili ponudi rok dolaska na intervenciju kraći od 4 (četiri) ili duži od 12 (dvanaest) sati, njegova ponuda će se smatrati neprihvatljiva te će se ista odbiti, sukladno članku 295. stavak 1. ZJN 2016. VRIJEME ODAZIVA NA INTERVENCIJU može se ponuditi isključivo punim brojem u satima., Maksimalni broj bodova za kriterij KOMERCIJALNO JAMSTVO (roba i usluge) iznosi najviše 10 bodova. Minimalni jamstveni rok (komercijalno jamstvo) za svu ponuđenu robu mora biti sukladan jamstvu proizvođača ponuđene robe, odnosno pravilima struke, ali ne može biti kraći od 12 (dvanaest) mjeseci od dana ugradnje.
