How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Minimalan jamstveni rok je 1 godina, a maksimalni rok koji se uzima u obzir je 3 godine. Ako ponuditelj nudi jamstveni rok kraći od 1 godine, ponuda će dobiti nula bodova. Ako ponuditelj nudi jamstveni rok duži od 3 godine, smatrat će se da je ponuđen maksimalni rok koji se uzima u obzir. Maksimalan broj bodova koji ponuditelj može dobiti prema ovom kriteriju je 10. Jamstveni rok moguće je iskazivati isključivo cijelim brojem (ne decimalnim) u godinama (npr. 1, 2, 3), a upisuje se u Podacima o numeričkim vrijednostima kriterija za odabir najpovoljnije ponude. Ponuđeni jamstveni rok mora se iskazati kao jedinstveni jamstveni rok za cjelokupan predmet nabave. U slučaju da se iskaže različit podatak na više mjesta u ponudi u obzir se uzima rok upisan u Podacima o numeričkim vrijednostima kriterija za odabir ponude.
