Description
Predmet nabave su Testovi i otopine za potrebe transfuziologije po grupama, uz davanje aparata na korištenje za vrijeme trajanja okvirnog sporazuma, a prema opisu navedenom u priloženom troškovniku sa tehničkim specifikacijama Grupe 1. Reagensi za imunohematološka ispitivanja. Napomena: Za rad sa mikrokarticama, mikropločama i potrošnim materijalom za stavke od 1. do 33. i od stavke 44. do stavke 48., Troškovnika predmeta nabave za grupu 1. gospodarski subjekt obavezan je Naručitelju dati na korištenje automatske/poluautomatske sustave (min. 3 aparata) koji imaju mogućnost istovremenog rada na mikrokartici i mikroploči te moraju biti umreženi u postojeći transfuzijski informacijski sustav e-Delphyn. Kvaliteta predmeta nabave mora odgovarati važećim standardima u Republici Hrvatskoj, propisima o kvaliteti i proizvođačkoj specifikaciji.

How the award is decided
Cijena ponude, Ponuditelji se obvezuju započeti s isporukom predmeta nabave odmah nakon zaključivanja ugovora sklopljenih s naručiteljem. Nabava će se vršiti sukcesivno tijekom dvije godine, prema narudžbi Naručitelja, a maksimalni dopušteni rok isporuke je 7 dana od dana pisane narudžbe naručitelja. Za stavke 3., 15., 16., 17. i 20. iz Troškovnika predmeta nabave za grupu 1. vrši se kontinuirana isporuka svaka 4 tjedna. Kod isporuke svakog lota proizvoda potrebno je dostaviti i lot certifikat. Vrijeme i mjesto isporuke mora biti pravodobno najavljeno i usuglašeno sa Kupcem.
