Jamstveni rok koji će se uzimati u obzir kod bodovanja u ovoj kategoriji je najmanji jamstveni rok ponuđen za pojedinu stavku troškovnika svakog Ponuditelja. Ako ponuditelj ne dostavi navedenu Izjavu neće mu biti dodijeljeni bodovi vezano za ovaj kriterij odnosno dobit će 0 bodova te će Naručitelj smatrati da je ponuditelj ponudio minimalni jamstveni rok od 24 mjeseca.
