Description

Usluga preuzimanja i daljnje obrade plastične i metalne ambalaže te plastike sukladno Troškovniku, Tehničkoj specifikaciji i ostalim uvjetima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Usluga obuhvaća preuzimanje otpada na lokaciji ponuditelja u krugu do maksimalno 20 km od adrese sjedišta Naručitelja, sortiranje otpada i daljnju obradu otpada. Odgovornost posjednika otpada – Naručitelja prestaje u trenutku preuzimanja otpada od strane Ponuditelja. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan u cijelosti preuzeti otpad bez obzira na udio nečistoće i s njime postupati u skladu sa svim pozitivnim propisima.

How the award is decided

Cijena ponude, Predmetni kriterij se određuje na temelju udaljenosti lokacije ponuditelja za preuzimanje otpada od sjedišta Naručitelja, a odnosi se na operativne troškove koji su prouzrokovani udaljenošću lokacije. S obzirom da naručitelj samostalno vrši prijevoz sakupljenog otpada do lokacije ponuditelja za preuzimanje otpada od presudne važnosti za ekonomičnost troškova (gorivo, amortizacija, vrijeme i slično) je udaljenost mjesta istovara. Maksimalna dopuštena udaljenost mjesta ponuditelja za preuzimanje otpada od sjedišta Naručitelja (Kneza Ljudevita Posavskog 45, Velika Gorica) je 20,00 km.
