Cijena ponude, Naručitelj kao jedan od kriterija za odabir ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude određuje prosječno iskustvo radnika u obavljanju sličnih poslova (usluge čišćenja prostora u kojem se nalaze električna postrojenja, instalacije i druge električne opreme koji podliježu čl. 1. Pravilnika o sigurnosti i zdravlju pri radu s električnom energijom (NN 88/12)), a koje je veće od minimalnog traženih 6 mjeseci kako je propisano u DON. Boduje se iskustvo radnika koji će biti angažirani na izvršenju okvirnog sporazuma u trafostanicama. Promatraju se samo radnici koji će biti angažirani na izvršenju okvirnog sporazuma u trafostanicama, tj. koji su navedeni u dokumentaciji i koji zadovoljavaju uvjete: stručna osposobljenost te minimalno iskustvo traženo u DON. Boduje se samo iskustvo stečeno nakon datuma uspješnog osposobljavanja za rad na siguran način i za rad na siguran način u visokonaponskim postrojenjima.
