Cijena ponude, Naručitelj je odlučio da će kao dodatni kriterij za odabir ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude utvrditi rok odaziva na hitne intervencije. Obzirom da postoji mogućnost pojave većeg broja osinjaka i legla stršljena, kao i strvina štakora poglavito nakon obilnih kiša, na koja će trebati hitno intervenirati, bitno je da ponuditelj u što kraćem roku može izaći na prijavljenu lokaciju i iste ukloniti na neškodljiv način. Maksimalni rok odaziva je 8 sati od zaprimanja narudžbe od strane Naručitelja. Manji rok odaziva se boduje.
