Predmet nabave su usluge preuzimanja goriva iz otpada za postupak oporabe R1 (ključnog broja otpada: 19 12 10) proizvedenog na Centru za gospodarenje otpadom (CGO) Marišćina, na adresi Pogled 2/4, Marčelji, 51216 Viškovo. Kvaliteta goriva iz otpada je prema danim tehničkim specifikacijama prikazanim u Prilogu 1. Ponuditelji su dužni ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama i troškovniku nabave kao i ostalim uvjetima navedenim u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi.

Cijena ponude, Naručitelj kao drugi kriterij određuje količinu preuzetog i oporabljenog goriva iz otpada u tonama. Maksimalan broj bodova koji ponuditelj može ostvariti u okviru ovog kriterija je 40 bodova. Minimalna količina preuzetog i oporabljenog goriva iz otpada je 16.500 tona. Veća ponuđena količina donosi više bodova. Bodovanje se provodi na način da se svakoj pojedinačno ponuđenoj toni iznad minimalnog praga dodjeljuje razmjeran broj bodova.
